Atlanta Falcons running back Jason Snelling was arrested Friday (November 15, 2013) morning in Winder, Georgia.
Snelling, 29, was arrested after he was pulled over after his vehicle was observed unable to stay in its lane. Police noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and Snelling admitted that he had been smoking marijuana earlier that evening.
While the vehicle was being searched, police noticed that Snelling was repeatedly swallowing and saw what appeared to be marijuana inside his mouth. Police found a metal grinder in the center console of the vehicle.
Snelling has 36 carries for 132 yards and 1 touchdown in 8 games this season.
