Former University of Arkansas linebacker and 2014 NFL Draft prospect Jarrett Lake was arrested on Thursday (April 10, 2014) in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Lake was arrested after he allegedly abandoned two of his dog. Animal Control responded to an abandoned animal call at Lake’s rented residence, which he allegedly had moved out at least six days earlier, on December 29. Police found one of his dogs dead, and another dog extremely malnourished.
Lake, 22, was later released on $2,500 bond.
Lake played for the Razorbacks from 2010 to 2013.
