University of Nebraska linebacker Josh Banderas and runner Lucas Keifer were charged on Tuesday (May 13, 2014) in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Banderas and Keifer, both 19, were charged for allegedly stealing seven bicycles from a campus bike rack on Monday (May 12, 2014). They allegedly clipped bike locks with a bolt cutter and loaded the bicycles onto a truck.
